Not helpful at all! I felt that the young man that was attending us was bothered that we were there in the first place. My elderly parents were trying to take care of their bill and he had called customer service for them. Towards the end he asked my parents for the pin number to their debit card.He already had the pin number to their phone. So I knew something was fishy. When I told him that was not procedure to ask people for their pin number to their debit cards he right away said he heard the representative on the phone wrong. Will be finding a new phone carrier.
