  I’ve been to this location three different times, and each time the experience has been disappointing. First, I was told shipping to Mexico is difficult and unreliable, with no alternatives offered. The second time, I was only given the most expensive option (Worldwide Express), without being informed of other options. Today, I completed everything through the app, which says to simply present the code in-store. However, I was told their system couldn’t print the label and that I needed to do it myself and come back with it already printed, without any real assistance or guidance. Overall, the staff seems unwilling to help or guide customers. I expected a shipping store to make the process easier, not more frustrating.

  This was the closest UPS to me since the wind of East Peoria closed. It was my first time coming here and I literally had 5 minutes to get to the store before it closed and somehow I surprisingly made it! I'm thankful that they were still open when I got there and I even thanked him for not closing early. I was in and out like a flash. Thankful for stores like this and great customer service!

  Great and fast service. Don is great running this store. Not only was he able to help me get a travel consent form notarized but printed a label for a customer walking in and multitasked with ease. He also answered my questions and helped me get better understanding of the notary section since I wanted to be sure I did not miss anything. Thanks Don. 😊
