  got a chicken bacon ranch salad, with everything on it. it came with no lettuce and 2 slices of cheese and no chicken! how do we mess up a salad that bad.

  The food is great, but sometimes they really mess up my orders. Most of the servers are looking but some seem to be in a hurry to get to the end of their shifts

  OMG, I have NEVER been treated so poorly at any restaurant in my entire life and I cannot believe the rudeness, immaturity, laziness, and audacity of these employees and it hasn't changed for the 4 years that I've lived here! I just stood at the counter for 15 straight minutes on my limited lunch break with my stomach growling, completely being ignored!! They just acted like they couldn't even see me! And there were three of them!! Then the next customer walked in and they asked him what he wanted!!!!! I said "CAN YOU SEE ME?!" and they just stared at me so I left. How did management not even teach them the basics of human decency? I honestly can't even justify giving them one star but it won't let me give none. CLOSE DOWN. This location has a terrible reputation in this town and that usually means that you're already done.
