Signed up with Cricket over 6 mo ago in the local office. Next month I get a notice that they can't take the pmt. Yes there is thousands of dollars available in the that account, I call customer service, they say yes we now have it set up, the next month I get a notice they can't the payment. And they turn my phone service off. Then I start getting everything in Spanish. So I go into the local office, the clerk signs me up to auto-pay in the office. This month I get a notice they can't take the payment. I call my bank and they have no record of Cricket even attempting to take a payment. So I call local office again, I was told the regional Manager would call me...I've not heard from anyone. I went to Cricket because of the price, but guess what, I'm going back to Verizon because I'd rather pay more for competent company with competent employees. Jeesh it's not hard people just do your jobs.
