    I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store while trying to return three pairs of very expensive jeans I had purchased online. When I entered the store, the employee behind the counter took my package (40 year old, black hair man), weighed it, and opened the box without first explaining what he was doing. I was surprised and asked why he was opening my package. He replied that he needed to inspect what I was shipping and scan the items. Since the jeans themselves did not have individual barcodes for him to scan, I became concerned about how the return would be documented. After he generated a label and receipt, I asked how the jeans would be repackaged, and his response was, “I know how to do my job,” in what I perceived to be a surprisingly angry and dismissive tone. I told him that there was no reason to speak to me that way and asked for my jeans back. I decided not to ship the package through that store and left with my items. Perhaps the employee was having a difficult day, was tired, or simply frustrated—I don’t know. However, as a first-time customer, I expected a little more courteous interaction and better communication about the return process. A little patience and professionalism would have made a significant difference.

    The employees at this location arw efficient, knowledgeable and always courteous. The facility is very well managed and always clean and the line moves quickly. Also, the location is great for me!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS drop-off store. The store itself was extremely messy and disorganized, packages and items were all over the floor, making it difficult to even walk properly. The overall environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. What upset me the most was how I was treated. The owner was polite and friendly with the customer before me, but as soon as it was my turn, her attitude completely changed. She became rude, loud, and very disrespectful. Instead of helping calmly, she was aggressively ordering me around and tossing packages in front of me. Her tone was harsh and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. When I politely asked if a manager was available, she shouted that she was the owner. I was shocked by how hostile her response was. I calmly told her that I felt disrespected, but instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, she called 911 and asked the police to remove me from the store. At that point, I stayed only because she had already printed one of my labels, and I wanted to make sure I paid for it so there would be no misunderstanding later. I did not want to leave without paying and risk being falsely accused of refusing payment. I waited for the police to arrive so they could witness that I was willing to pay and trying to resolve the situation fairly. Even then, she initially refused to take the payment. Thankfully, the officers were calm, respectful, and professional. They assessed the situation fairly, understood what had happened, and helped ensure everything was handled properly before I left. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Good customer service means being respectful, patient, and professional, even during busy times. Unfortunately, this store was the complete opposite. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you are prepared for poor service, unnecessary hostility, and an unpleasant atmosphere.

    The clerk with the mullet needs to tone down his nasty attitude. Never going there again.
