  What an embarrassment for a national chain. This Subway has had lights flashing like a nightclub for weeks, yet apparently nobody in management can be bothered to spend a few dollars to fix them. Every time you walk in, you’re greeted by flickering lights instead of a clean, welcoming restaurant. At this point, I’m not sure if I’m ordering a sandwich or auditioning for a low-budget horror movie. It looks neglected, unprofessional, and sends the message that they simply don’t care about the customer experience. If they can’t fix something as obvious as the lighting after weeks of it being like this, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the rest of the operation. There are plenty of places to grab a sandwich that don’t look like they’re one flicker away from a power outage.

  I go here almost on a weekly basis; it's close to where I have PT. So, there are two ladies who are ALWAYS there and they know that every time I come I order a veggie patty. Today, I asked for a veggie patty and I don't know if she heard me or not but, I get home and no veggie patty. This place also has stale vegetables and the bread is not fresh every day. It varies. After today, I'm not coming back to them anymore. Just strange!!!

  Great food and amazing atmosphere. The lady working here was so sweet! Would recommend 👍

  Used to have much better customer service and food. After some staffing changes they are giving out hard bread and rock hard vegggie patties and are rude while doing it.
