  This is ridiculous!!! A rep wants to charge $2 for taping a box in contrast to other locations, they don't charge. This is an abuse!! This is covered by enterprises that has ties with UPS!!

  Beware of this store. We're locals and wanted to support a business that claims to be locally owned. While that may be true, we found them to be unprofessional and difficult to do business with. Today, we attempted to void or return an unused return shipping label. The young man at the counter told us it was nonrefundable. I asked where that policy was posted in writing, either in the store or on the receipt. He then asked a woman, whom I assumed was the manager. Instead of speaking with us directly, she printed a blank label and handwrote, "RS labels are not refundable." At no point did she take the time or show the courtesy to explain the policy or address our concerns in person. If customer service matters to you, I recommend finding a different UPS Store and saving yourself the frustration.

  The staff is friendly and efficient and the returns are fast and simple! it’s a really good place to go for all types of returns.
