  I received the bill for the renewal of my homeowners insurance this morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the funds available to pay for it because of the rise in cost of living. I used to pay my premium in one annual payment to get the best price but, unfortunately I couldn’t do that this year. I spoke with Desiree this morning about options and came up with a solution in just a few minutes. She is an active I listener and showed empathy to my situation and came up with a plan so there wouldn’t be any lapse in protection. She is a true professional and Allstate is fortunate to have her as an employee! I recognize that the last few years have been very difficult for insurers and understand the rational for the rising cost of insurance premiums. On the flip side, it is also difficult for people like myself to try to keep up with these costs! I am retired and have limited resources and few options. Fortunately, I have suffered no losses so far. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Thanks again, Desiree for your help!

  They stink at costomer service.. have 2 escrow checks and canceled for non payment! They took a unauthorized payment from my savings.. their billing department didn't bill the right bank they transfer you ftom person to person no real help hang up and wont return money!! Go somewhere besides allstate for your insurance needs !! Ongoing issues for over a month now and they still wont return my escorts money!

  The absolute worst agency. My agent retired and transferred me to Calder who consistently has not met even average response times or provided necessary documents when requested. There is no direct number to talk to agency and no one returns my calls or emails. I am leaving and going to State Farm. I will never overpay again or accept below average customer service. If I ever return to All State, it will not be with Calder.

  Katherine is a great agent, when issues with insuring my Harley, I was going to leave Allstate, and take my insurance needs elsewhere. The only reason I'm staying with Allstate, is her knowledge expertise, personality, and true caring about the customer needs and requests. I insured my house, vehicles and motorcycles..Thank you..
