  We had a situation that ended up getting assistance from Melody Felczak and Gary . We had a situation that required additional help from an agent . They both gave chase too it a resolved it together. It quickly put us at ease along with not disputing the weekend. Thanks again you both , you’re the best !

  Mr. Gary Mugridge was professional, courtesy and patience in taking care of my concerns. He is a man of his word! He told me that he would update my policy and follow-up with an email when completed in which he did. He is an epitome of providing excellent customer service. Please keep up the excellent work Gary and Be Blessed! :)

  I have had this insurance for many years I appreciate that Jessica called to remind me or send a message and of course Jamie Holm is my beautiful angel agent whom I have had for many years. I have had a sad event going on in my life and this is one of the reasons why I probably forgot about my payment because this was not the only payment that I forgot about but I'm back on track I understand that sometimes we all can have sad events going on but I'm glad I was able to keep my car insurance going by paying it.   Allstate has been absolutely amazing throughout my situation!! Loanis was very knowledgeable in the processes and was able to answer all my questions with excellent results!

  I have been with them for 35 years 2 cars full coverage and my home. I have never filed a claim for anything. My wife’s van was hit so I called and verified I had rental coverage a week in advance and then the day of drop off and was told again that I had rental insurance. Now time to pick up rental and I’m told I have to rental coverage. I have been dealing with the local office, corporate and claims rep. All they can do is tell me they started an investigation into it. I asked to speak to Kevin who I purchased my initial insurance from 35 years ago when he was starting out and no surprise he’s not available now. 35 years no home claims no auto claims and when I finally need them they leave me hanging. So I call my brother to come pick me up and he tells me he just canceled with Allstate as well due to an error and their unwillingness to help him as well. He was with them for over 30 years as well. No customer service what so ever from this office. Needless to say after this claim is paid I am canceling home and auto. I also found better coverage for less money.
