  Danielle Shepherd was excellent. She helped me update my coverages, walked me through every option, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. She was friendly, patient, and clear on the phone the whole time. I felt like I was in good hands and left the call knowing exactly what had changed. Highly recommend her if you need help with your Allstate policy.

  Amazing staff with an amazing insurance company. The agent, Lisa Hendershot, did a great job explaining all my auto insurance coverage options and helped me save part of my premium by selecting the choices that reduce the cost. Highly recommended.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly did not want to deal with an insurance agency or agent at all. Buying my first home has already been a rocky road, and after dealing with a natural disaster, insurance was just one more thing I didn’t want to have to worry about. Then I met Danielle, and she truly was a blessing in disguise. Danielle took the time to sit down with me, go over my current policy, and review the policy I had tried to put together on my own after the disaster. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and never once made me feel pressured or talked down to. She was able to make my insurance less expensive while actually giving me better coverage, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. She knows what she’s doing, pays attention to the details, and genuinely seems to care about making sure her clients understand what they’re getting. I couldn’t have asked for a better insurance agent. I’m extremely thankful for Danielle, her expertise, and the time she took to help me. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, understanding, and truly willing to work with you, I highly recommend her!

  When I began to search for home and auto Insurance to switch to I entered my information on a credit platform. Anna Shelton [[ from The Calder Agency in Oswego IL: Allstate Insurance ]] was the first one to contact me by phone. I now consider Anna to be my favorite Insurance agent (I do not think I have had a favorite insurance agent before...). Anna was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, great phone personality and provided me with great customer service and I could feel her smile through the phone. I do not want to sound fake, and overly enthusiastic here, but I felt like I was talking with a friend. In going through the details of my home insurance, Anna mentioned a coverage specific to my area, which I had never heard of before, and I appreciated that. Unlike some Insurance people I have been in contact with before, where I have wondered if they were ever going to get back to me, Anna has always responded to my emails in a timely manner. So, thank you Anna Shelton for a great experience in Insurance. I look forward to working with you going forward :)
