I haven’t been to subway in a long time and I don’t think I will eat here anymore after this experience. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business after reading other reviews with the same experience over the past year. Whoever it’s running this needs to be fired or figure something out. The lady was super rude, she looked like she didn’t wanna be there, throwing the stuff around and giving attitude, had to asked 3 times for onions just to get what I felt was a regular portion, and with her attitude when I had a question almost made me not get anything but I did because I am not that kind of person myself. I haven’t written a bad review in a long time and it took an experience this bad for me to actually take my time to do this. I would not recommend this location, save your money and go somewhere else. I did not feel like the money was worth the experience or the actual food at all.

I ordered through the Subway app. I showed up to pick up my food and the worker told me she was cancelling my order because I used rewards points on it and I would have to reorder and pay full price.

Have not been to a subway for some time and I thought it was. Beautiful day to take my family out to eat and try something different. It was 6:40pm and we were very excited until the lady with air pods in her ears talking to someone while taking our order was giving bad service, throwing the ingredients with attitude looking mad as if we came last minute close time. Her attitude made us feel like we do not ever want to eat subway again. Worst service at this location they need to do something about her nasty attitude. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR DAY RUINED!

Charged me even after I used my free ANY footlong promo from the sub club because “bacon costs extra” even though I order a chicken BACON ranch sandwich off their menu.
Hope the $3 was worth it, not coming back
