The lady who was there had a lot of attitude. I had to ship out my engagement ring to get repaired and she basically took my box and said “all set”. I left thinking is she going to box this in front of me? Very anxious because it’s my ring. I went back and my ring box was sitting on the back counter, out in the open with the label and I told her that I’m sorry I’m just confused why it wasn’t boxed in front of me or why I wasn’t offered to box it up, explained what was in the box and why I was nervous and she said “I wouldn’t know I don’t have one (ring)” hm wonder why.. and she boxed it up in front of me and then said, “we get a lot of rings here and I’ve never lost a package” completely rude. All she had to do was say I understand no worries, and just simply have some respect for what I was saying. Would never go back.

I recently contacted the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center and had a frustrating experience with a representative named Jennifer.
I called with a very specific request to submit an order via email and receive a hard copy proof for my client. Instead of practicing active listening, I was repeatedly redirected to place the order online, even after clearly explaining why that option did not meet my needs.
I also explained that digital files and physical prints can differ depending on paper type and ink absorption. Jennifer insisted this was not true, which is inaccurate and concerning when advising customers on print quality.
There seemed to be a lack of flexibility and a “no, we can’t” approach, rather than a “yes, we can” mindset. Customers should not feel discouraged from using the ordering option that works best for them.
I understand being busy, but clear communication and listening to the customer are essential. This interaction made a simple request more difficult than it needed to be.
Showed up at 120pm and sign said was closed until 2pm! Only one person working or what??!! Extremely inconvenient will not return. I see why this location has poor reviews

Just shipped some documents and the women at the desk was very nice and took care of my shipment quickly .
The employee was very rude, she was in the bathroom and there was no sign on one register and when she came back she said do you not see the sign with an attitude. There should’ve been two signs and that attitude was super unnecessary she shouldn’t be working in retail if she can’t provide good service.
