  they serve you portions that seem like you buying per pound, got two large fries and they look small i ask the only guy there and he goes and tells me that large size is based on weight not size. Should of stayed at Oak Lawn location

  One guy only doing the whole job by him self and also taking orders and do them and preparing them, I hope he be getting paid enough to be doing all of that by himself

  I ordered from this location and experienced the same issues others have reported. The fries were cold and overly salted, and the wings were very dry. The person at the front was also rude and uncooperative. Based on this experience, I would not order from this place again.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered chicken wings from this location, and by the time I got home and opened the order, the wings were extremely dry and nearly inedible. They appeared to be either severely overcooked or possibly fried multiple times. The fries were also clearly not fresh. They tasted stale, lacked crispness, and were heavily salted to the point of being unpleasant. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called the branch to explain the issue, expecting at least some understanding or apology. Instead, the representative was rude and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the concern or offering a reasonable resolution, he insisted that I drive back over 20 blocks just to physically show him the food. Good customer service starts with listening to customers and addressing concerns respectfully. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poor food quality and even worse customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
