  I came in with an insurmountable problem. The cashier tried her best to help, to no avail. The store manager jumped in and did everything possible to solve the problem. She truly went above and beyond to help me. I asked to speak with her manager about how fantastic she was, and she said she was the manager. I feel certain you want to acknowledge her excellence.

  Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The interaction with one of the staff members she was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Her attitude came across as dismissive and disrespectful, especially toward my mother. Additionally, the price we were quoted felt unreasonable and far higher than expected for the service requested. We genuinely expected a more respectful and professional approach, particularly given the nature of the services provided.
