I ordered via the app and unselected what I didn't want on my sandwich, but I guess the mayo deselection didn't take. Luckily I was in before they started my sandwich. They started putting the mayo on last, but I stopped them. We then basically had an argument about the order because the sandwich was for ME, and I most definitely know for a fact that I don't like mayo, but they kept arguing that I did want the mayo since it was selected; I feel like it shouldn't have been too big of a deal to completely remove the ingredients that they mayo was on, that was all that I wanted, not for them to make a whole new sandwich. Eventually, they did agree to take it off, but the poor attempt at taking it off by scraping it with the knife just spread the mayo over more of the sandwich, which meant that more needed to be taken off than necessary; they did eventually start to actually take off the stuff the mayo touched, which included two pieces of turkey.
The woman was doing that so poorly that eventually, I just asked them to bring it to me so I could pull the mayo tainted items directly OFF of the sandwich myself. They then tried to give me the sandwich without replacing what they took off. It's crazy they insisted on the sandwich having mayo because it was still selected, but I had to remind them of the each of my selections that I wanted EXTRA of because they just put the regular amount (which were three items. THREE times I had to remind them that I ordered extra of those toppings. If you're gonna insist on doing what the order receipt says, do it the whole way, not until you want to gyp someone out of the extra they ordered); even then, they were being stingy with it; again, the extra selections were also selected, but they didn't want to give me that. It would have been easier if I just took off the items myself from the start of the error, there would have been less wasted product. What disappointing service.
