  I came here for a footlong ham sandwich, and overall it was a solid experience. The vegetables tasted fresh, and the portions were well-balanced. Service was quick, which I appreciated. That said, there’s some room for improvement in how staff handle customers who are unsure about add-ons. It seemed like they could benefit from a bit more training in guiding those situations smoothly. Personally, I usually know exactly what I want, so it doesn’t affect me much, but it’s something noticeable. Overall, this location stands out as one of the better ones compared to other Subway spots I’ve been to, and it’s earned a place on my trusted list. If consistency holds, I’ll keep coming back; but like any place, that depends on how well they maintain quality over time. 😄

  I had placed an order 30 mins before arriving and when I arrived my sandwiches were still not made. The employee was helping other customers and I let him know I was here for a pickup he said, “ wait I need to take their order first ok”. Unbelievable. What’s the point of ordering a head of time if I’m still going to wait the same time as if I ordered in store. And I always drive and order to this location several times because they make the food better here, closest subway to me is Villa park. I will not be returning to this location. Bad service.
