    I went in august 3 around 1pm and the woman at the desk said they were having trouble putting my thumb drive into their computer and asked me to wait. I did not as there were five other people in line. I always have trouble at the store and the staff seems detached.

    If you care about the timely shipping of your packages. Don’t use UPS. Paid expedited shipping, paid tracking. And 4 days later, they can’t tell me where my package is, because it was not scanned in, and their excuse was yeah not all packages get scanned in, and once it’s delivered that it would be scanned to tell me it was delivered. Well once it delivered I would now it was delivered their hero. Don’t waste you time with this or any ups locations.

    Horrible customer service!!!!! Avoid. They were rude and then they told me they lost my mail.
