  My experience with The UPS Store has always been easy, efficient, and pleasant. When I have to do any shipping, it is my preferred place. The team member who helped me was Chad and he was so positive and helpful. I would come out of my way to get to this UPS Store just because the service was so great. Chad’s colleague was equally as kind. Thanks so much!

  I had an Amazon return for a medium sized package and the UPS driver left a ticket at my house so I can bring it to UPS myself. I wasn’t sure where to put the ticket and I was welcomed with a huge smile and the clerk put the ticket on for me and then even told me how everything works since it was my first Amazon return ups and that I need to save my receipt just to make sure everything goes well and he was super friendly and kind and I was in and out of there. Definitely the place to go when you have a package to take care of parking is kind of bizarre, but you can just park behind the building if you need to so you don’t have to pay, but you’ll literally be in and out so you know to each their own.
