  Today during the afternoon, Chad assisted me with all of my shopping needs! From the moment I was greeted at the entrance, to the end of the transaction when I was given my receipt, I felt welcomed and helped to the fullest of his ability. He’s an excellent employee!!!

  Time online says open 7:30am, they don’t open til 10 on Saturdays, there’s literally 6 cars of people waiting for them to open….. and it’s raining might I add…. hopefully this experience gets better…..

  I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile. The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process. I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff. Thank youuuuu ! 🤗

  This is my second visit and second 5 star review because I am just blown away by the customer service consistency at this location! Always so friendly and happy and patient. Kindness goes a long way and the team here are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I was in today before 9am close to right after open and the employees greeted me, prioritized me, and explained a Happy Returns process I needed that I’d never done before, so now I’m ready to go back should I need to do it again and better set up the process for next time for myself. Can’t rave about this location enough, your staff here are exceptional. Thank you, team!! You are very much appreciated!
