From day one, they have consistently delivered exceptional service with quick turnaround times, incredible attention to detail, and a personable, approachable, and professional attitude that makes every interaction a positive experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with UPS has been extremely disappointing.
A guitar I shipped was initially damaged while in UPS's possession and was later lost altogether during the claims process. The package was properly packed, insured, and documented, yet resolving the issue has involved months of emails, phone calls, and follow-up with little progress.
My frustration is not only with the loss itself, but with the amount of time and effort required to get answers and a resolution. As someone who regularly ships high-value musical instruments, I understand that problems can happen. What matters is how they are handled when they do.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious when relying on UPS for valuable instruments or other high-value items.
