  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tao at DHL in Oak Park! From the moment I walked in, his customer service was exceptional. He was professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The location was also extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the entire experience even better. Tao’s approach to customer service truly stood out. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and cares about the people he serves. I have never seen someone or had someone as compassionate about shipping. Employees like Tao are the reason customers remember their experience and choose to come back. I will always come back as long as he is here. DHL should seriously consider giving this man a HUGE raise! He deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the excellent service he provides.
