  The entire staff barely spoke English which made ordering difficult, and when the food came not one item was correct.

  If I could give lower then 1 star I would. Ordered delivery July 22nd. They didn't give us 1 large fry in the order. Called immediately but because they don't have actual drivers they had no way to correct the issue that night. I had to speak with the manager the next day. The manager I spoke with said he was issuing the refund I requested. I waited a week, nothing in my bank so I called back. This time the manager said he couldn't issue a refund because it was just a fry missing (I had ordered a combo that included a fry). This was a week after I was told the refund was already issued. After arguing with him he said he was issuing the refund. Now it's been another 10 days (almost 3 weeks after my order) and I still have no refund. I requested a charge back on my card so hopefully the credit card company can make it right. Don't order delivery here if you want an accurate order.

  Had valid coupon didn't expire till the 30th my children received from the school what a joke what's customer service

  Music was way too loud. Really enjoyed the pop and ice tea machines. Fries and boneless chicken, parmesan rub, were both very salty.
