  My experience at this location was very disappointing. I went there to have a menu printed and laminated, but there was a long line, and I waited for more than 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I explained to the employee what I needed. She then left me and went to speak with another employee. She asked him, in front of me, to tell me that I could not have my order completed the same day. I politely explained that I had placed the exact same order at another FedEx location before, and it had been completed within 30 minutes. He told me that he could do it the same day, but she was the manager of the location and he could not go against her instructions. I left the order and came back the next day to pick it up, only to find that there were differences in how it had been done. When I asked them to correct it, the manager told me I would have to wait another day. I do not recommend going to this location. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came in to have a picture printed and was acknowledged once, but then received little to no assistance for over 30 minutes while there was a line. I was left trying to figure everything out on my own. I do want to recognize the young man with dreadlocks—he was the only employee who seemed willing to help and was professional when he assisted me. Unfortunately, the other man and woman working acted like they didn’t want to be there and offered little to no customer service. In the end, I had to use the self-service printer and settle for something different than what I originally came in for because I couldn’t get the help I needed. I left without the product I actually wanted. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Customer service makes a huge difference, and this visit was frustrating from start to finish.
