If I can rate this business zero stars, I would. My mother needed to overnight ship legal paperwork and prepaid 95 dollars online before arriving. The business had an issue with their QR code scanner and told her to email the shipping information instead but the email wasn't going through. For whatever reason, the employees were completely incapable of doing their job and insisted that the issue was that my mother did not know how to work her phone. Multiple employees were incredibly rude to her and persisted that "they could help if she knew how to work her phone," despite her having the proof that she already paid and the information should be accessible in their system. My mother told the employees that she has never in her life been treated so poorly by customer service staff and was told to "calm down." She finally gave up after going back and forth for almost 40 minutes and decided to just go online and cancel the whole thing. She immediately went down the street to UPS and had her documents enroute in less than 10 minutes. UPS was more expensive but the cost was worth the service. The employee at UPS actually told her that they have customers coming in all the time saying the exact same thing occurred to them. I truly hope that this review saves others from the misery of this establishment.

I visited this FedEx location to print some flyers, and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing.
I was told the printing machine wasn’t working, which I understand can happen. However, when I asked if they could at least provide pricing information or help me place an order for pickup later, I was simply told that I could do it online which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had at a FedEx location.

The employee working in the printing section was very rude and unwilling to help. When I asked for assistance, she responded with a bad attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Very disappointing customer service experience. I hope this is addressed.

Even though the couldn't send my package. The gentleman working did help me and point me in the right direction.
Completely lazy. The older lady with the glasses sucks at her job. She needs to be fired. I need to send my tools for calibration again because of her. I’ve been to FedEx all around the country and not one will let the boxes be free roaming without any padding.
