  Placed an order through the app. Picked up the order, got all the way back home and realized we were given corn instead of the voodoo fries we ordered. (Yep, I know we should have checked before leaving the store - duh). Tried to call to see what could be done and it kept going straight to a message that they were assisting other customers, and immediately disconnecting. We were not given a receipt, so no code to complete the survey. The wings were not good. When the estimate for my order to be ready was 6-11 minutes, I should have known the wings were just sitting there drying out and not being cooked to order. This was our second visit to this location and both times, we didn't get the correct order. We will not be going back.

  I’d like to understand why no phone orders over $20; then you have to wait forever when you come in and order.

  Who do I talk to about my refund I was told on July 17 2026 I would receive a refund I also left my number for the store manager or district manager bc I my daughter said mommy the lady was a lil rude but gave me a cup but I don’t want to eat it bc on her arms got puss coming out and bites and bumps everywhere and I ordered wings and received boneless I walked it right back and asked for a refund she said her manager has to return a online order and I said huh well when will I be getting it back she had the nerves to tell me in a week I asked for her Gm number she said she can give him my number I wrote it down never received a call but will be up there today for my money.
