  I’d like to understand why no phone orders over $20; then you have to wait forever when you come in and order.

  Who do I talk to about my refund I was told on July 17 2026 I would receive a refund I also left my number for the store manager or district manager bc I my daughter said mommy the lady was a lil rude but gave me a cup but I don’t want to eat it bc on her arms got puss coming out and bites and bumps everywhere and I ordered wings and received boneless I walked it right back and asked for a refund she said her manager has to return a online order and I said huh well when will I be getting it back she had the nerves to tell me in a week I asked for her Gm number she said she can give him my number I wrote it down never received a call but will be up there today for my money.

  Walked in to place a to go order and walked right out. Employees standing around chatting it up. No one seemed to want to help place my order. You get the sense of employees not really given a damn. Horrible customer service. As an out-of-towner driving through and stopping by this location to place a 40 piece combo for my family and I. This was one of the worst Wingstops I've been to. Wingstop do better. Especially for a location right off of a major interstate. Zero Stars!!
