  If your tracking shows this ship center as the place that’s holding your shipment or has your shipment in last stages before delivery, place no trust in receiving the shipment. I had a laptop overnighted from my employer. I noticed that the delivery was set to arrive while I was at the office so I paid a small fee on FedEx’ site to delay shipment until evening hours. I got a confirmation from FedEx that this center would hold my shipment until the selected time— problem is, it’s over a day since then and I am still waiting for my shipment. I have called FedEx multiple times to follow up, their corporate support telling me that this center told them my shipment was on a truck and out for delivery despite my tracking not reflecting that status. Now I’m told my employer has to file a claim and the center can offer no explanation. This center lied and said they had my shipment out for delivery and now the shipment is untraceable. Lying, deceiving and untrustworthy- better hope your shipment is routed elsewhere.
