  I don’t usually review places like this, but I felt compelled to after the interaction I just had. I’m not great at shipping things, but I really wanted to send some gifts to my coworkers, so I thought going into the store would be best because I could explain myself and get help with the labels in person. The gentleman that “helped” me at the counter was immediately rude and condescending. He spat a bunch of questions at me, scoffed when I said I didn’t have an account or labels yet, dismissed my questions as irrelevant, told me it would cost “a ton of money” without giving any sort of price point, even asked me to stand to the side so he could help the next person, and eventually made me feel so self-conscious and embarrassed that I left. I picked up my four packages and left. I just need the business to know that not everyone is an expert in shipping…it’s why we come to you. I would expect a tiny bit more empathy from employees, but that was not the case here. Just because you’re having a bad day does not give you the right to make everyone else’s day bad too. I would have loved to use this FedEx Ship Center but I think I will try to find better service elsewhere from now on.

  Absolutely horrible! They lie and create major problems. They aren’t even interested to deliver packages, they would claim that they made three attempts to deliver, and we know that it’s 100% lie because a) the office is open, b) there is a huge sign for our of hours asking to leave a package at the door, c) not a single sticker on the door claiming that “an attempt was made”. A bunch of liars who consistently create problems for the businesses. Next stop - a complaint to the head office. Not sure it will help though, because FedEx is just a horrible company overall, especially after the split to FedEx ground and express.

  Jose was very helpful n understanding. He went out of the way to help me n checked twice for an envelope with address if any. Appreciate all help
