  Absolutely horrible! They lie and create major problems. They aren’t even interested to deliver packages, they would claim that they made three attempts to deliver, and we know that it’s 100% lie because a) the office is open, b) there is a huge sign for our of hours asking to leave a package at the door, c) not a single sticker on the door claiming that “an attempt was made”. A bunch of liars who consistently create problems for the businesses. Next stop - a complaint to the head office. Not sure it will help though, because FedEx is just a horrible company overall, especially after the split to FedEx ground and express.
