  I had a very frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I brought in a package with a prepaid label, fully ready to ship. The box had a small tear that did not affect the integrity of the shipment, yet the employee immediately refused it and insisted I purchase a new box. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location. On a previous visit, I felt pushed into buying an overpriced box for a shipment that could have gone out as-is. It feels less like customer service and more like upselling. Instead of helping find a simple solution, the employee showed no effort to assist and dismissed the shipment outright. I then went to another FedEx location, where the staff simply reinforced the box with tape and shipped it without any problem. That’s all it took. Because of this, I lost over an hour of my time for something that should have been handled in minutes. Basic problem-solving and a willingness to help customers go a long way. I hope management takes a closer look at the service being provided at this branch.
