  Probably the worst fedex office around. They say Gen Z doesn’t work but here I experienced some of the slowest poorest customer service from some boomer who couldn’t bother looking up at the counter and acknowledging my presence. Another boomer lady then called over to someone else and asked to help them so I bolted over there and said I was waiting but the old timer boomer was ignoring me. She apologized for him but still, get the guy some training, if he is still trainable that is which is usually a problem with this population who tend to be bitter that they still have to work or just stuck in their ways. Sorry for the rant but it’s just annoying when u can’t get good workers anymore. It’s so easy just to smile, say hello, and ask if they can help you. But no….

  Clean location but Verdi indifferent service. No self serve lamination sheets available. Fairly rude staff

  Miserable, unhelpful, little fiat of manager "John"-- there are no fewer than 4 employees working, and yet, so inefficient? I was told that a single 15 page copy would be ready "tomorrow morning". Rude and condescending.

  Extremely rude, incompetent and lazy employees. Do not go to this location. It is the WORST ever. Told customers to line up at an arbitrary location in their small room, had an attitude with every customer and the employees do not know how to use the copiers and computers.

  I have read many of the reviews on this place and it seems very "hit or miss". While that might be the case, my experience was great. I was assisted by a gentleman named Daniel who was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He was professional in his approach and a pleasure to work with. My experience was much better than I anticipated and I attribute that almost entirely to Daniel.
