  Javi was so wonderful. I needed a battery and they had one for my vehicle in stock. Lonnie was also awesome to deal with. Good people.

  I have made a review before. One of my friends goes to school at college of lake county in the automotive industry. he called to ask for a part for my moms car and to use a school account and they told him that his account for school was fake and they were extremely rude to him about it. Again the same manager Javi is telling his outside friends to have me take down my review so they get business again after he made the actions and decisions to have a big ego and act like a know it all. regardless of what my friend does for a living he is still a customer and these workers are begging for me to take down my post. I would never reverse my feelings on this situation especially after them begging me personally to take it down. Absolutely pathetic!!

  Worst management team possible in a auto parts store. Javi is a entitled rude manager. If you ever ask for help from him he uses his excuse "I'm a manager" to over power you. If you need detailed help with parts, he will only make it harder for you. You will never be right as a customer. He also likes to try and scare you out of filling a complaint for not being nice and comprehensive. He does not know how to do his job as a manager weather its through technology or just customer Service. Buddy if you see this, you know, you do not get paid enough to act the way you do. If you really need to use the words " I'm a manager" to make you feel smarter and boost your ego, your one miserable person and should not be anywhere near people in a customer experience field. Time to resign!!!
