  Nice and patient customer service associates, fair pricing compared to other locations and is a much smaller UPS Store. There is plenty of free parking because it is located in a strip mall.

  It was a smooth and fast experience when I visited my local UPS store. There was a small hiccup when the recipient’s name was slightly misspelled, but it was quickly resolved

  Terrible experience. I received a package that was packed at their location. A heavy, fragile $600 antique vase that was 18" in height was placed with no packing material in a 20" box. Total DISREGARD for industry standards for shipping fragile items. "Fragile" written on box was barely legible (it looks the marker was running out of ink). Some of the worst packing of a fragile item I've seen in 50 years of buying antiques through the mail. It's like they have never packed a fragile item before. Ridiculously UNPROFESSIONAL!
