  The Niles Cricket store is terrific -- I've been there several times in the last few months for help with a failing phone, signing up for overseas services, and most recently a new iPhone. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and patient with whatever problem you have -- they make sure to get things done right. Really good service.
