  What an amazing experiance. I visited this store on a Sunday morning and were helped by Mike and Eli. They helped resolve my issue and were super helpful in doing so, but that is only the start of this review. Apparently I left my apple ear buds in store without realizing it. 4 days later when I realized they were missing I tracked them to the store using the Find Me feature. I called the store and Mike picked up the phone and immediately said "we were hoping you were going to call". When I showed up they had only found one of the ear buds but had it placed in the safe in a small little zip lock bag. I told them I was missing both and they immediatley helped me search the store. We looked under the shelves ad even outside for the other one but to no avail. I left my phone number with them and 3 days later Mike called me in the am to let me know they found the other bud. 7 whole days after initially loosing them. After finding the buds I asked for their general managers info so I could send him an email. Sunday morning at 10:30am I sent Dennis Rivera an email and no joke he responded within 5 minutes of me sending that email. WOW! I’ve got to say, this is some of the best customer service I have received in a LONG time. In today’s world of terrible service and employees that don’t care this whole experiance was incredible. Even though Advanced auto parts is a giant corporation I truly feel like I received small town service. You have earned a loyal customer through this experience and and thank you all for the amazing customer service. Thank You!

  Amazing customer service they know how to take care of Their customers highly recommend Dennis for any help you need. I went in on Labor Day and they took care of my new parts and warranties. Thanks for the service.

  Wonderful customer service! It was a rainy morning and I stopped by for wipers and a kind gentleman (didn’t catch his name but receipt says Dennis so hopefully that’s him) offered to install them in my car without me having to ask! He quickly changed them in the rain and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service! 10/10
