  Horrible customer service. Had to pick up a package that was registered under my fiance’s business name and warehouse address.. refused to release the package because my ID home address didn’t match our business address 🤦‍♀️ also provided the screenshot of my order straight from the website along with the tracking number for my order and they claimed it wasn’t the tracking number (it ended up being the correct tracking number.) the one worker grinned saying she didn’t know how i expected to pick it up with “no matching address or matching name.” i didn't think trying to pick up a $30 package with all my order details would be this difficult. i’ve never had this type of issue nor experience ever trying to pick up our packages. my fiancé ended up having to go pick up the package himself and they even tried to question him on why his id didn’t match the package even though it’s under the name of his company and warehouse address..

  I usually ship out of the UPS Store in Shorewood because the staff there consistently provides professional service and—most importantly—issues a proper receipt that includes the package weight every time without being asked. That’s a basic expectation for any shipping transaction. Unfortunately, while running errands, I stopped at the UPS Store in New Lenox and had a completely different experience. When I requested a receipt that included the shipment weight, I was told to either write it down myself or take a photo of the package on the scale. This is not just inconvenient—it reflects a lack of training and understanding of standard procedures. The shipment weight directly impacts billing, and failing to provide an accurate, printed receipt creates unnecessary risk for customers. If the weight is entered incorrectly later, it can result in additional charges with no official documentation to verify the original measurement. Customers should not be expected to document their own transactions because staff are unable or unwilling to use the system properly. This is a basic operational function and should be consistently handled at every location. I strongly recommend additional training and oversight at this store to ensure accuracy, accountability, and a minimum standard of customer service.

  The food was bad tasted like cardboard. Looked like everything was just taped together. And the popcorn was stale.
