  Needs improvement. Employees need support from management concerning online orders. Poor guys got hit with 3 new orders while I stood and physically waited my turn at the counter. Modify your business model to allow employees to prioritize walk in customers over online orders, or your business will fade into dust.

  I would give five stars,however, while the sandwich was delicious and the lady working there was nice, when I sat down I noticed several bugs on the window sill (at least 20)

  They never have anything in stock. I went to pickup a doordash order, they did not have the items, and doordash refused to refund me. I have also ordered through the app and found they did not have the items. Great place if you just like bread and cheese.

  The last couple of times I went to this location the same guy was working and it was a year or so apart but I remember the guy. Well I’ll say this my sandwich was perfect the guy was by himself and we had a conversation about the football game on Super Bowl Sunday. I asked him questions about how much the cookies were he told me that them cookies were just baked that morning so that sold me on the cookies. He do a great job at his job not sure what the man’s name was but subway should be very happy to have him working for them.
