  No ⭐'s would be my choice. Maybe you should take your window advertisements down when you no longer have that sandwich. The teeny bopper acted as if we were inconvincing her, I guess she was more worried about her hick boyfriend. We were the only customers when we walked in...I have NO tolerance for this kinda customer service, if you can even call it that.

  Can someone please explain to me why If you order a Steak & Cheese, you are REQUIRED to have it toasted, even though I dont want my sub toasted, and was told that my steak would be cold If I didn't. I asked them If the could heat up the steak in the microwave right behind them like every other subway does, But, was told that its your guys new policy? I just won't go here anymore. Definitely not the same subway it used to be. Kinda unfortunate because as a local and not having many choices in town for food, would appreciate not having to go to effingham, or Mattoon just to get the sub I want.

  They're not really friendly in there. Soda taste like it's always going out.
