I am extremely disappointed with your service. You charge a premium price for document delivery, yet you failed to deliver my documents in proper condition.
The documents arrived damaged by water and now contain visible stains. These are important official documents, and such negligence is completely unacceptable. When customers pay extra for secure and professional delivery, they expect their documents to be protected.
Your poor handling has ruined my documents and caused unnecessary stress, delays, and additional expenses. I expected much better service.
I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs important documents delivered safely.

Worst location. Went there to return a heavy item. There was an employee who was cleaning the door. He saw me struggling to open the door, carrying the heavy item, but he didn’t offer to open the door at all then I went to the register to return the item I thought like many other UPS stores they would tape my package but they didn’t instead they asked me to buy a six dollars tape for a $20 return only then what they take it
Just wanted to comment on the service I received from Kipton. I was heading in with an armful of packages to drop off. He saw me coming and immediately came to open the door for me. It was nice and refreshing to receive such good service. He was a polite young man.

I'm at the UPS store mailing something out for my dad, I go up to the counter to get it done and another employee, I'm assuming the manager, physically takes the package out of my hand and scans it in the self serve kiosk. I was not handing it to her, I was handing it to the gentleman behind the counter. When I tell them that I wanted it done by a human and not a machine they say that it's easier and that I don't have to wait in line. There was no line, I was the only customer in the store. When I tell them that I want my stuff done by a human and not a machine they snarkily say that it's already done. The woman had a rude attitude and would not let me mail the package the way I wanted. I loathe those self serve kiosks and I resent that she forced me to use one.
