  Daniel provided extraordinary customer service. Admittedly, I walked in a bit upset because the UPS Store closer to my home was closed during their normal working hours. This actually ended up working out in my favor. Daniel was very patient and very professional. From now on, I'm going to drive a bit further to come to this UPS Store because the employees here are great!

  I guess it's under new owner ,staff too rude and they will try charge even for print outs for the box .if you try to get any estimate they will ask more than the website if you says it's more than online they will ask to do it online .

  Horrible. I came in to ship a horse saddle. I already had the label and they said it would be $2.50 to print the label. Ok fine. Then they wanted to charge me $56.00 to box it up. I said I can box it up and just asked how much for a box. He seemed to get upset that he wasn't able the upcharge me and was d a box is $35.00. I asked him seriously if he was kidding, at which point he said no. I told him I'll go buy a box from Walmart or Home Depot and box it up myself except I'll go to a different to pay store. What a trash place. No wonder along is killing them. Fed Ex isn't even this much hassle
