  This UPS location provided me the highest quality service I have experienced when I have needed something shipped. The team at this store worked together, was very responsive, was totally “customer focused” and worked with me to find a solution that worked best. I highly recommend them to anyone needing something shipped or any other service or product the offer. I want to thank the whole team, especially Ashish. Need help, ask for Ashish, he is the best employee around.

  Great customer service at this location. I came here after having a frustrating experience at another UPS Store with three large, heavy boxes. I still think UPS charging $2.50 to print a shipping label on a regular piece of paper is ridiculous. It’s also hard to understand how, in 2026, UPS apparently can’t scan its own shipping label directly from a customer’s smartphone. That being said, the employee at this location made the process as easy as possible. She explained that I could simply email the shipping labels to the store, printed them for me, and got everything taken care of quickly. She also offered me a dolly for my three heavy boxes and helped hold the door while I brought them inside. UPS may need to rethink some of its policies and technology, but the customer service at this location was excellent. What a difference compared to the other location.

  Daniel provided extraordinary customer service. Admittedly, I walked in a bit upset because the UPS Store closer to my home was closed during their normal working hours. This actually ended up working out in my favor. Daniel was very patient and very professional. From now on, I'm going to drive a bit further to come to this UPS Store because the employees here are great!
