  Horrible. I came in to ship a horse saddle. I already had the label and they said it would be $2.50 to print the label. Ok fine. Then they wanted to charge me $56.00 to box it up. I said I can box it up and just asked how much for a box. He seemed to get upset that he wasn't able the upcharge me and was d a box is $35.00. I asked him seriously if he was kidding, at which point he said no. I told him I'll go buy a box from Walmart or Home Depot and box it up myself except I'll go to a different to pay store. What a trash place. No wonder along is killing them. Fed Ex isn't even this much hassle

  Staff has always been incredibly helpful & professional for all the years we’ve been using this UPS for shipping, printing & notary. The location and hours are very convenient. Highly recommend this business.

  Wasted 30 minutes of my time calling amazon because the owner of this front mixed up the labels of the 2 boxes I was trying to ship. Even when I was very clear about it.
