  Very disappointing experience. The staff told me they had a kids meal, so I ordered a mini sub with juice and apple sauce (he told me both juice/apple sauce included) expecting a meal/combo price. However, when I checked the receipt, every item was charged separately at full price: Mini Sub: $4.99 Juice: $1.79 Apple Sauce: $1.79 This was misleading and not explained clearly before payment. If there is no actual kids meal pricing, customers should be informed honestly instead of making it sound like a combo meal. I felt overcharged and frustrated. Better staff training and pricing transparency are needed.

  Excellent service! The Subway employee Sri Latha and Sai was very friendly, patient, and professional. We was very Hungry at that time and They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked and maintained great hygiene throughout. The service was quick, and their positive attitude made the experience even better. Truly appreciate the great customer service, keep up the good work !
