  I had such a great Amazon return experience at the FedEx location on Naperville Road in Wheaton, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Brian. He was genuinely pleasant, professional, and made what could have been a quick errand into a really positive experience. Great customer service absolutely makes a difference, and Brian’s attitude honestly makes me want to come back to FedEx for other business in the future. Seriously—great job hiring Brian!

  Tracy at this Fed ex is awesome. She always is pleasant, hustles to get the job done quickly, completes perfect projects, and when I told her how important my huge project was due to an emergency legal hearing in an hour, and that I needed it in 30 minutes, she took charge and got right to work... I tried to give her a $20 cash tip for going above and beyond that day, but she refused to accept it - she told me she just wants to be the best employee she can be. Since then, I've frequently come back and she's still as always as pleasant as can be. I've noticed others in the fed ex office are also very efficient and nice, and they all back each other up - great teamwork. I don't know who the manager is in this Naperville/Wheaton road Naperville location branch is, but they're doing an awesome job hiring the best of the best. Thank you Tracy for being there always.
