  I’ve been with Allstate for 10 years and never had an issue. Yes Allstate is more than other insurance companies but you get what you pay for. I’ve been happy with the service. My previous agent retired and I switched to Christine Merino recently and made sure the transition was smooth and revisited my policy to save me money. Her team and her worked hard to make sure I had better coverage than before and worked to maximize my savings. It nice to have an agent talk you through understanding your needs. Highly recommend them.

  Best homeowners and auto insurance company I ever had. And I'm 56 and have had a few others. Best customer service. Great rates. Love their safe driving app. Would prefer others in a second.
