  Accidentally booked a smoking room so that was on us but the smell was unbearable, clothes had a stench afterwards. Smoke and mildew is all we smelled all night. Floor had debris on it, like it wasn’t cleaned. And found a bloody bandaid on the side of the bed and mold on the bedside table. For over $300 a night you’d think it’d at least be properly cleaned and mold free.

  2nd time here. Staff are very polite and helpful. Close to all things you need. Rooms are good for the price. Beds are comfortable.

  The room reeked of cigarettes even thought it is a non-smoking room. They tried to cover the smell with room spray.

  Room is a smoking room. Didn't read anything about that online. Other best westerns we stayed at were not set up like a motel and absolutely no smoking. Disappointed for sure. Small beds.

  Service was good. We accidentally booked a smoking room and he gladly changed our room. Room was fine except the carpet was wet/ we did let the front desk know we thought there was a leak from the shower. My bed sheets were scratchy and in the morning I had major irritation on my neck . Still itchy and red 3 days later—too much bleach in the laundry?? A very old hotel- needs some love
