  I have used this location for years as it’s the closest to my home and today was the last straw. There are usually the same two men working there. One is very pleasant but the younger be is one of the rudest, unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years. I’m always friendly and he, without fail, has a rude comment, ignores me or generally appears as if he hates interacting with people. He 100% should not be in a customer facing position. And today he sternly raised his voice at my elderly mother because she misunderstood how to return her Amazon package. ZERO compassion or helpfulness. This location has permanently lost my business. I will be shipping from the Vernon Hills location where I feel appreciated as a customer.

  Very rude. I have been here several times and won't be back. I usually go to the UPS store in Vernon Hills which is fantastic and appreciates my business. I was in the Mundelein area so I stopped in here. Won't make that mistake again.

  Terrible service; I am never coming back to this place. They yell at you and treat you very poorly. They should replace this staff with capable people who know how to treat the public pleasantly—there is no need to be rude or offensive.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
