  Extremely rude. Poor customer service. I was trying to ship a package 2-day air and they refused to give my wife an express shipping box - the specific box that is required for air shipping. Total clown show and the store is a mess.

  Believe the Reviews the owner is the rudest person and Customer Service!!!! He just started yelling at me with my child when I asked if this Saturday they were going to be open because they have been closed twice on a Saturday and my deadline to return from Amazon was coming up. He then proceeded to yell and says go do business somewhere else and don’t come here cause you’re a liar. We have been open every Saturday. I then told them I have pictures so I can provide to Amazon that you have been closed and then he goes well. That paper is now gone . Literally yelling being rude and saying “im the owner and go somewhere else “ For you to be the owner and be this rude for a question is ridiculous. He’s arrogant person

  I've showed up multiple times and they were closed because their customer entrance door was broke.

  I come here frequently and the staff are rarely nice. Due to this, I barely speak, I get what I need done, and just leave. In and out. It’s efficient that way. Well my place of employment shipped an expensive piece of equipment to this store for pick-up. Apparently, there was difficulty with seeing if there was a corporate account due to the number not being on the postage. They were refusing to give me my package, then said in order to do so I would have to pay a $3 fee. Come to later find there is a corporate account. I’m not sure what happened on my company’s end but we do have a corporate account. He then let me leave with my package. I can see the clerks frustration but his reaction was uncalled for. I was literally yelled at like a child. The aggression from this man was intense. The sad part is, I’ve seen him do this frequently to others, just never to me…until today. These people have no business working in customer service.

  Went to drop off a box. The employee which I'm guessing is the owner, was not friendly at all. Not that I care about that, but the bigger red flag was the disorganization of the store and the broken door still not fixed. I won't go back there because owners like this deserve to go out of business. My suggestion would be to invest in the store, and stop being so lazy.
