  Scam people by placing only 4 slices of each meat on the BMT. Also previously ordered Doordash from this place a Tuna deluxe only to realize there was hardly any tuna on the sandwich.

  Ordered online. App showed the food would be ready in 10m. 10minutes later the app shows the pick is ready, but reality was that food prep was not even started. Waited another 15 mins. They only have one person working at this store. They seem to prioritize in-person order. So the online orders are attended to once the in-person orders have been fulfilled. We had come during lunch time. Imagine the wait time!

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took the first bite of my sandwich and it had a terrible taste.. after tasting every single ingredient separately I realized the olives were bad!! So I called the store and after explaining the situation, the lady in charge refused to make me a new sandwich and said she will only make me a refund if I bring back the sandwich to the store without a single bite. HOW was that possible? When I got to the store, she grabbed the sandwich and laughed. I asked her again if she could just re-do my sandwich and she said she didn't want to make another sandwich for me, so she picked up the phone and called someone to help her with the refund. She was veeeery RUDE!
