  Today I went to this store to get some food, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the customer service. The lady at the front seemed angry and annoyed, as if customers were asking for free food. There was also a slim Indian gentleman with her. When I politely asked to add some ingredients to my sub, her attitude was rude and unwelcoming. This kind of behavior is likely one of the reasons this location continues to receive poor reviews. It seems that corporate management is not taking customer complaints seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to others until customer service improves.

  Yeah it's time to go out of business this is a disgrace of an establishment 18 dollars for a Footlong without chips or a drink, still didn't even fill me up, the only reason I even went was because I had a gift card and then after making my sandwich they didn't let me redeem it because the scanner was broken. Also it took forever to get my food. Not the workers fault it was bros first day but like cmon man this place is a scam

  I bought one 12 inches sandwich and two 6 inches sandwiches. They we're both tuna. It's the same size but instead he charged me more for the two 6 inches. Everything was very thinly sliced and barely any tuna. Would not recommend to go to this location

  Avoid this place. As many other stated, rude employees who wouldn't even acknowledge us but continued doing her own stuff. I ordered my usual and caught her putting less meat. After i told her how many pieces were supposed to go on my sandwich, she asked me if I wanted that many. Once I told her that I knew my sandwich very well, she backed off and put the right amount. Don't waste your money on this dump.
