  Allstate charged extra to already paid off policy thru my escrow account without my authorization. I am planning to cancel the homeowner policy as soon as I find another reasonable deal.

  Sends disgusting advertisements to you via post with pictures of your home in them. I’ve never spoke with these people. Creepy and appalling business practice. You definitely have my attention. I wish you didn’t.

  After more than 10 years with previous insurer, rising premiums led us to look for a new insurance company. Alondra made the switch to Allstate easy and helped us save significantly on both our homeowners and auto insurance. She was patient, answered all of our questions, helped with the transition from our previous insurer, and guided us through the homeowner's inspection process. She is always responsive and available when we need assistance. Our journey with Allstate is just beginning, but we are very happy so far and look forward working for many years to come.
