  All I asked for was info on my wife's policy after she passed away. What I got was the most helpful, caring, empathetic and personable, amazing Adriana! She guided me through several items during a time that was difficult so that I had no worry whatsoever about this part of the process. Thank you, Adriana!! 10 Stars!!

  Adriana went above and beyond to have my issues resolved, including staying on the phone with me after reaching the main customer service line to help with the issue and she also followed up and stayed on top of it and got it resolved in a timely manner. Her willingness to not stop helping until it was resolved even though the issue was not on her end was something I really appreciate.

  I had an excellent experience with Alondra Juarez! She was patient, kind, and most importantly, lowered my homeowners and car insurance significantly when I went with Allstate! Now I feel like I’m in good hands, like the commercial LOL!
