  Employee was super swamped and was the only one working. I think there were problems with iphones activating or something. Through struggling with activation problems she was very professional and patient.

  Save yourself the aggravation and visit ANY other cricket location. The rudest, ugliest most arrogant people work at this location. They have no clue what they are doing and don't care. I hope all the useless people who work at the Mt Vernon location experience the same customer service they give! Y'all SUCK
