  Been a pretty terrible experience with them this week trying to do something as simple as drop a line from my account. Currently they are asking me to pay $28 more because I was told when I went in to add a line and drop a line that the line was dropped. Well it wasn’t. Now they are telling me I have to call customer service and now the problem is that no one in their customer service department seems to want to answer the phone Issue was resolved

  The Mount Vernon store supposed to be open until 5:00 today but it's closed and I really need a phone for work tomorrow

  Staff was knowledgeable, and very patient. She answered my questions and eased my mind. Definitely would go back to Mt Vernon's cricket wireless store.
