  I live nearby, so I walk to this store very often. Used to be very pleasant trips. But today’s visit was a bit 👎. I had three Amazon returns today. As everyone knows, it usually takes a couple of minutes to pull up the return code. So after the first package, I had to navigate my phone to find the next one. I tried to be as quickly as possible (max 1 minute), the clerk still didn’t have enough patience to wait for me. She went ahead to help on the next customer (there were only two customers in the store including me). So I had to wait for her to finish up with the other customer then go back to my returns. The entire process has almost zero communication, but apparently she was very happy chatting with the other customer while working on my return. Not sure if it’s because I’m an Asian.

  The young man here was very knowledgeable and had 4 customers at once and helped them with all of their problems and got me out the door, as the last customer, in 10 minutes. Talk about good service. This guy should get a raise. Thanks UPS for finding and keeping good employees.
