  It took a few minutes to get someone to help me, even though there were only 2 customers and 3 employees. However, it wasn't a long wait, and once I had someone to help, he was very courteous and polite. I had bought a battery, and they installed it on the spot for me, which is helpful when you're on your way to the office and don't necessarily want to get your hands dirty. In and out in 30 minutes WITH a brand new installed battery - I'd say that's pretty close to perfect. Thank you!

  I went there for battery check , i was told to wait even that no one else was inside the store then the 3 people that work there … after 10 minutes of waiting and no one show’s up i left , i went to Auto Zone after and they got the job done in5 minutes . Will come back for sure :)

  Don't drop your outbound UPS packages here. Jack said they did their part (scan package) and it's between you and UPS what happens to the package. UPS stops by everyday but my package sat here for 3.5 days until I took it back?! Oh they wanted to keep the package here and insisted that UPS will pick it up bec they scanned it. Take your packages to the UPS store. I wouldn't trust this place for inbound packages also.

  One of their hitch locks malfunctioned on me. I went back to the store and they gave me an upgrade for free!
