  It’s under new ownership with new staff.The staff is very friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was great. Bread was super fresh and soft.I highly recommend all to stop by and check them out.

  This location has completely turned around under the new ownership. The food tastes fresher, the sandwiches are made with care, and the staff has been consistently friendly and professional. Finally a place I would enjoy coming back to. Great job to the new team!

  FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY! This Subway location finally feels like it’s in the right hands. Since it’s the only Subway in town, it was frustrating before — the store was often not clean, prices felt off, and they were rarely open during the posted hours on Google or even the front door. But things have completely changed with the new ownership. The new woman owner is polite, energetic, professional, and truly cares about both the customers and the business. You can immediately tell she knows what she’s doing. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere feels welcoming, and the whole place runs much smoother now. It’s great to see a strong women-owned business bringing positive change to the community. Wishing this team continued success — Morton Grove definitely needed this upgrade!

  This location is under new ownership as of 04/08/2026. I can definitely see the difference in quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant and also feel the difference in service. New owner is definitely changing this place up. I met the new owner she is extremity helpful and loved the fast and friendly service. She also mentioned they are renovating the restaurant soon. Looking forward to it. I will be definitely coming back more often now. And yes they also accept all the coupons now. Just love it👍🏽
