  Hire some more people! Dropping off a package shouldn’t take more than a minute or 2 definitely not 5 to 10 minutes, especially when the package is already ready to go! I knew there was a reason why I stopped coming here to drop off Amazon returns.

  The employees are very patient with me when I have multiple Amazon returns! They are also very helpful when I am confused or unsure about what I’m trying to accomplish!

  4/21/26 at 5:45pm I came in the store to deliver a package going 2nd day air with the hopes of getting it out on a truck the same day. As I walked in I see the driver picking up the packages and figured there’s no way I’m gonna get this package on the truck. Lo and behold the lady that was helping me ran out the back door to see if she could catch the driver before he left and she did. The two ladies working there at this time are fantastic way above and beyond, you have restored in me how customer service should be handled. Thank you!!

  Liz was amazing several people came in after me, and she got us all in and out in a very timely manner.
