  Customer service guy can’t speak a lick of English or Spanish and may just be the most unhelpful person I’ve ever interacted with. What a great idea to put the least literate guy on the phone.

  They need to have better customer service people that actually want to work i received my order with no drinks and i called and some person answer that barely knew how to speak and telling me what do you wanna do like what you mean

  I usually don’t leave reviews but this Wingstop location did an excellent job when it comes to food/customer service. Eliuder with the great customer service, the cook worked his magic and didn’t make me wait 10-20mins like other locations, and the manager was on top of everything. I would highly recommend this location.

  Place a order for wings. Was very clear what flavor I wanted. Received the wrong order of wings. Store was not very helpful with replacing the order. As they try to blaming me. When I got a replacement order, they told me it was the right flavor. Even though it was labeled wrong. Got home and found it was the wrong flavor again. Waste of $40 will never come here again.
