  I am not tech savvy and Jay really took the time to walk through all of our questions and was SO patient. Not only did he stay past closing one time but he even stayed late past close just to make sure my friend and I were comfortable with the phone! BEST PART YET, Jay let us record him as he walked through step by step so we always had a visual how-to anytime needed! If you or someone you know has a hard time with technology or remembering steps, you can rely ON THIS CRICKET STORE IN PARTICULAR as much as you can rely on a library for help with digital tasks!!!

  Meet Nilly for the best upgrade ever!! I thought needed a huge expensive upgrade but she explained a simpler process that fits my needs better. Nilly understands the modern cellular culture, hardware and software and easily communicates it. Thank you Cricket Montgomery!

She was able to help me resolve an issue with the cellular connection of my apple watch ⌚️ She was very patient, professional, and made sure that my watch was back online.
