    THIS STORE IS GOING TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK!! We ordered Tuesday evening after working all day and going straight to baseball games. My partner brings our food home (7-10mins from store), I open my sandwich to find my bread is RAW. I immediately called the store and Jace told me he was told it’s fully cooked from THE MORNING and there’s nothing he can do, I’d have to call his manager first thing the next morning…but they can’t refund a card purchase after closing the end of day system that they do every night so really I just paid $40 for GARBAGE because I definitely didn’t bother eating it to end up with food poisoning or worse!!! NEVER AGAIN.

    We went in there to get Steak n Cheese Sandwiches. Wich they did not have. And when the young Boy named Jayce, said out loud we have no Steak. 2-3 People left the Store. We ordered the Italian BMT.when arriving Home, we opened our Sandwiches and instead of the ordered Vinaigrette it had sweet Teriyaki Sauce and something spicy on it.so I called the Store to speak to Jayce to let him know that he prepared the Sandwiches incorrectly. He was a bit rude and the told me that is what we ordered. But it was not. Rude and not helpful. And it was busy and he was the only one there. We have been there several Times, and always just 1 Person working. You need atleast 2 People working all the Time.

    The food was terrible! Not what I have ordered ! One employee.. rushed ob iously and not very friendly. First of there was not what we wanted and came for at the store.. no steak.. no cheese.. we choose different but arriving home.. none of the 4 footlings were correct ! We called theMonence store.. the you g man named Jayce was very rude u friendly and not willing to make this botched up order good! We will never go back. Subway last a great costumer!
