  Every single time we order online & are not physically in this store to watch them make our sandwiches the order is completely wrong! Made an online order & all of the sandwiches weren't toasted as asked on the order, ingredients put on that weren't ordered, etc. Go to bourbonnais location to save yourself the headache!

  This young boy named Jorge Garcia did a fantastic outstanding job 10/10! he was very respectful and nice and always was busy up doing things 10/10 would definitely come again.

  CAUTION-was in this location 2 weeks ago and witnessed the girl NOT CHANGE GLOVES after ringing up a customer with her disposable gloves on. She actually proceeded to make the next customer sandwich, with these dirty gloves, and yes, still had them on when tendering the register for this customer as well. Not disciplined in changing gloves etc., like Bourbonnais location is.

  Food was amazing and I got it very quick. The two ladies making the sandwich were very nice and made the sandwich just how I liked it with no complications. Definitely will be coming back!
