  Wouldn’t allow me to ship through a reused box that was originally shipped through FedEx. Said the box would get crushed. I couldn’t even crush it to open it. Looks like they were just trying to make a quick buck and I lost money on a sale because of it. Staff was not empathetic and was flat out sarcastic and rude. Made me buy an oversized envelope and made me repeat myself more than 3 times so active listening is not a thing. Definitely not small business friendly-Would not recommend.

  They’re all so friendly! The store is clean and organized. Even though it costs $1, I prefer to do my Amazon returns here.

  Amazing! Been here a couple times to send out amazon returns and never had any issues staff are always nice and very helpful!

  Alex and Dustin were wonderful! So very helpful and accommodating. The older gentleman behind the counter on 03/30, not so much. He was rude and dismissive.

  Not happy with delivery of a couple packages not put on the porch they got wet from the rain yesterday just dropped over the fence gate
