  The customer service at this Mokena location is just awful. The overall mood behind the counter is always tense. The employees are not helpful or friendly, they act like they are doing us (the customer) a favor. I took my shipping business to UPS in Frankfort a couple of years ago, and theyare polite and efficient. Unfortunately I haven't found anyone else to be able do our business printing/drawings. When I do find another company that is,able to do this I will never step foot in the dreadful Mokena location again. NOTE: Their printing/drawings are good, quality drawings. It's the dreadful customer service and atmosphere that will keep me away.

  Stopped in at the FedEx in Mokena today around 9 AM to return a pair of pants and had a great experience. The young woman working (blonde hair) was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job — which is something you don’t always see anymore. I was having issues with my QR code and didn’t even have the item packaged, but she took the time to help me get everything sorted, packed properly, and shipped out without making me feel rushed or like it was a hassle. Also appreciated that the store was actually open and operating on time. Too many places these days aren’t ready when they say they are. This location was professional, efficient, and customer-focused. Great service and a very positive experience. 👍

  Excellent customer service and professionalism by employee named Elmer. He was polite and clear about everything and I was in and out in a couple minutes. Much better than USPS lol.

  I came in today around 1:30 pm and there were two young ladies working. One was with a customer and the other one wasn’t. I didn’t get greeted by either one of them and the one without the customer didn’t offer to help me as she saw me waiting. She was wearing glasses I believe dark frames and she has dark hair. Well, she was very rude and it was my first time going into a FedEx. I normally use UPS and she made it a horrible experience as a first-time customer.
