  This location desperately needs more professional employees and stronger management. I have the purchase and the one‑year replacement warranty clearly visible in my account, yet the manager acted annoyed the moment I mentioned a replacement. Instead of honoring the warranty, he told me to ‘go back to the store you bought it from’ because ‘the system isn’t talking’—even after I showed him the order right on my phone. That’s unacceptable. A warranty is a warranty, and customers shouldn’t be dismissed or pushed away when they have valid proof of purchase.

  I just want to give a huge thank you to Emma for helping me when I had a flat tire. I was really stressed, but she was so kind, patient, and quick to help. She made sure everything was taken care of and got me back on the road safely. It’s rare to meet people who genuinely go out of their way to help others, and I truly appreciate it.   I recently visited Advance and had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Zoe. As soon as I approached the counter, I noticed a very strong smell of marijuana coming from her. It was overwhelming and immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. Regardless of personal choices outside of work, coming into a professional environment smelling strongly of weed is not appropriate. Customers expect a clean, professional atmosphere, and this did not reflect well on the store. It made the experience feel unprofessional and disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better standard of professionalism for future customers
